Hoodie manufacturing guide: construction details that change the quote
The hoodie details manufacturers actually need: fleece, hood, pocket, rib, fit, and decoration assumptions.

A hoodie is a system of parts
Body fleece, hood lining, drawcord, eyelets, pouch pocket, cuffs, and hem rib all have to be specified or they will be guessed. Guessing is how a classic pullover becomes accidentally oversized, or the other way around.
If you want a blank wholesale hoodie, say so. If you want a branded streetwear hoodie, the pattern and fleece choice may be different.
Fit is a pattern, not a size label
Classic, relaxed, and oversized hoodies are different blocks. Sending “make it oversized” without measurements leaves the shoulder drop and body length open. Include a measurement chart or a reference sample.
Women’s, men’s, and unisex blocks are not interchangeable. If you need a women’s fit, say that in the inquiry.
Decoration belongs in the same brief
Chest embroidery, puff print, and full-front screen print place different demands on fleece and stitching. Puff prints in particular should be sampled because height and wash behavior vary.
Urban Stitch Wear lists print and embroidery as configurable until they are confirmed for your hoodie program.
