This policy explains how inquiry data entered on the Urban Stitch Wear website is handled. It is a working policy for the current implementation and should be reviewed by legal counsel before public launch.
Quote, sample, contact, and newsletter forms collect business contact details and product requirements that you submit. File uploads may include artwork or tech packs. A honeypot field is used only to reject automated spam.
Submissions are used to review B2B inquiries. They are stored locally in development mode and, when email is configured, sent to the nominated operations inbox. We do not sell inquiry data.
Optional analytics load only after consent and only if a measurement ID is configured. Necessary cookies are limited to running the site and storing that consent choice. See the cookie policy for details.
Retention periods, a formal data-protection contact, and a registered business address will be added when those details are provided. Until then, use the contact form to ask about a submission you made.
