Logistics
New and returning buyers can inquire from the United States, Europe, Australia, and other destinations. Delivery method, duties, packing, and whether a destination can be served are confirmed after the order details are clear.
International inquiries are welcome from new and returning buyers, including the USA, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, the Gulf, and other destinations. Shipping method, documents, and Incoterms are confirmed per order. The website does not claim a warehouse in every market.
US wholesale and private-label buyers should name the destination state or port, plus any 3PL packing rules. Fiber, care, and origin copy should match what you will declare. Urban Stitch Wear does not publish duty rates.
EU and UK buyers should include destination country and any language needed on care labels. Document requests such as mill certificates are reviewed per fabric and order, not assumed from this page.
Australian, New Zealand, Canadian, Gulf, and other destinations can be discussed the same way. Write the city and whether you need door delivery or a port handover. Coverage is confirmed per order.
Destination city and country, whether you need door delivery or a port/airport handover, and any retailer packing rules. If you already know the Incoterm you want to discuss, include it. We will not assume EXW, FOB, or DDP on your behalf.
Carton marks, polybags, hangtags, and commercial documents are part of the order conversation. Share any retailer or customs requirements early so they can be reviewed with the garment spec.
