Process
Urban Stitch Wear uses an inquiry-first process for first collections and repeat wholesale programs. Specifications are understood before anyone treats a conversation as an order. Timelines are discussed after sampling or approvals, not advertised as a fixed calendar.
01
Use the quote form to describe products, quantities, destination, and any branding needs. Attach a tech pack or artwork if you have one.
02
Our team reviews the inquiry and follows up on fabric, measurements, decoration, and anything that is still unclear.
03
If a sample or artwork approval is needed, that happens before bulk production is agreed. Sampling is requested separately when required.
04
Pricing, quantities, labeling, packing, and commercial terms are confirmed in writing. A website inquiry is not an order.
05
Manufacturing starts only after both sides confirm the specification and commercial details. Timelines are not published as a fixed promise.
06
Delivery method, destination, and documents are arranged for the agreed order. Shipping availability is confirmed per destination, not assumed worldwide.
Production and delivery windows are agreed after sampling or specification approval. They are discussed per order, not published as a fixed calendar.
