Custom tracksuit production guide
How to brief a tracksuit program so the jacket and bottom are actually a set: fabric, trims, branding, and size runs.

Treat the set as one product with two patterns
A tracksuit is not “a hoodie plus some pants.” The fabric, color, rib, and branding should be planned together. If the jacket is a contrast-panel zip and the bottom is a standard jogger, say that explicitly.
Men’s and women’s tracksuits need separate measurement charts. Do not assume one block covers both.
Trims decide perceived quality
Zippers, drawcords, eyelets, and pocket bags are where cheap construction shows. If you have a zipper preference or a banned-trim list, include it. If you do not, ask the manufacturer what they plan to use before bulk.
Club, staff, and fashion programs differ
Teamwear often needs color blocking and crest embroidery. Fashion sets may need cleaner branding and a different fit. Promotional sets may prioritize a narrower size run. Name the use in the first message.
