Bulk clothing ordering guide for growing brands
How to plan quantities, size ratios, destinations, and approvals so a bulk apparel order is easier to review.

Quantity is a plan, not a wish
Estimated order quantity should reflect colorways and sizes, not only a total. “500 hoodies” is less useful than “500 hoodies: two colors, size run attached.”
If you do not know the final number, give a range and say it is a range. Manufacturers can still start a conversation.
Destination changes the order
Delivery country affects packing, documents, and sometimes labeling. Do not assume a supplier can ship everywhere. Urban Stitch Wear confirms destination per order.
Do not skip the written confirmation
A website form is an inquiry. Production should wait for agreed specifications, pricing, and any required sample approval. That sequence exists to protect both sides.
