Cotton fleece and polyester fleece hoodies, tee shirts, and pullovers for USA and Europe
How buyers in the United States and every European country should brief cotton fleece and polyester fleece hoodies, tee shirts, and pullovers before asking for a manufacturing quote.

Name the fleece before you name the country
Wholesale buyers searching for cotton fleece hoodies, polyester fleece hoodies, fleece pullovers, and fleece tee shirts are usually trying to lock a hand-feel, not a slogan. Cotton fleece and polyester fleece are different materials. A quote cannot treat them as the same garment with a different label.
Urban Stitch Wear discusses these as manufacturing programs for new and returning buyers. No public price, minimum, lead time, or fiber certificate is published here. GSM, blend, brush, and shrinkage are confirmed after the brief.
Cotton fleece hoodies and pullovers
Cotton fleece is the usual brief for a classic pullover hoodie, a crewneck pullover, and a heavier blank hoodie. Buyers describe it as cotton fleece, cotton-rich fleece, loopback, French terry, or a brushed reverse. It has a warmer, heavier hand than a light polyester fleece and it can shrink, so the approved size chart should be based on the washed spec you accept.
A cotton-poly fleece sits between the two. The pullover hoodie listing on this site is typically discussed as cotton-poly fleece or cotton fleece. Say which one you want. If you only write “fleece hoodie,” the quote has to stop and ask.
Polyester fleece hoodies and pullovers
Polyester fleece, including polar fleece and microfleece, is the usual brief when the garment should be lighter, dry faster, or hold a brighter color. It is common on performance pullovers and some value hoodie programs. It does not feel like cotton fleece, and it can pill differently. Ask for a sample hand-feel instead of assuming the two fleeces are interchangeable.
Use polyester fleece for a pullover or hoodie only when that is the fabric you will sell. Do not use it as a substitute word for a heavyweight cotton hoodie.
Tee shirts and fleece are different knits
A tee shirt program is usually cotton jersey, cotton-poly jersey, or polyester jersey. That is a different knit from fleece. Buyers still search “cotton fleece tee shirts” and “polyester fleece t-shirts” when they want a heavier top. If you want a fleece tee, a French-terry tee, or a fleece crew that looks like a tee, write that. If you want a standard tee, write jersey and a GSM range if you have one.
Fitted, basic, and private-label tee programs are listed separately from hoodies. Decoration, neck rib, and fiber content are part of the same brief.
Search phrases to use in the brief
These are the phrases buyers use for this category: wholesale cotton fleece hoodies, polyester fleece hoodie manufacturer, custom pullover hoodies, blank fleece pullovers, heavyweight fleece pullover, French terry hoodie, cotton fleece crewneck, polar fleece pullover, private label hoodies, and fleece tee shirts. Use the phrase that matches the garment. A page cannot rank honestly for all of them with one vague word.
This site does not publish search volumes or claim that one phrase is the top search in every country. The useful version of a keyword is the one that matches your spec.
United States buyers
Buyers in the United States can request cotton fleece or polyester fleece hoodies, tee shirts, and pullovers for any state. Name the ship-to state and city, and say whether the cartons should go to a warehouse, a 3PL, or a port. A California e-commerce brand and a Midwest retailer use the same form. The destination changes the documents and the packing, not the fabric questions.
Fiber, care, and origin copy should match what you will declare on import. Attach approved US label text if you already have it. Urban Stitch Wear does not publish a US warehouse or a fixed duty rate.
Europe buyers, country by country
A buyer in any of these European countries can send the same manufacturing inquiry and should name the destination country in the first message. European Union destinations: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Other European destinations: the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, San Marino, Serbia, Ukraine, and Vatican City. Naming the country is not a claim that Urban Stitch Wear has an office, stock, or cleared importer in that country. Shipping method and documents are confirmed per order.
EU and UK programs often need composition and care information that matches the market you sell into. If the care label must be in more than one language, attach the approved text. Duties and VAT stay with the importer unless a written term says otherwise.
What to send with the quote
Send garment type, cotton fleece or polyester fleece, GSM if you know it, fit, color, size run, decoration, quantity, and the US state or European country. New buyers can start from the pullover hoodie, blank hoodie, or tee shirt listings. Returning buyers should attach the last approved spec.
A form submission is a manufacturing inquiry, not an order. Pricing follows the spec. It is not printed on this page.
